How do I pay for my monthly package?
Every month our customers receive an invoice from us. You can either pay safely by card with the safe payment link provided manually or set the card payment to automatic.

How many devices can connect to a fibre internet?

Does Fiber give you Wifi?
Fiber is newer, faster, more durable, and more reliable.
Both types of internet connection operate the same way: a wire comes into the home and connects to a modem (for fibre connections, the modem is called an Optical Network Terminal). This connects to a router, which sends out the internet signal in the form of WiFi.
Can you have 2 Fibre connections in one home?
Yes, you can have 2 or even 3 or 4. Always if the diameter of your pre-installed building installation tube has space for as many cables required.
Is Fiber internet Eco friendly?
Fiber optics consume significantly less energy during data transmission than traditional copper cables, which require electrical signals. Reduced energy consumption contributes to a smaller carbon footprint and overall environmental impact.
What to do after your Fibre is installed?
Typically, our engineers do everything for you to get you up and running as fast as possible whilst onsite.
If fibre has been installed and your broadband connection is activated, you’re ready to connect your modem. Plug your modem into your fibre box and follow the modem’s install instructions to get your internet up and running.
Is there a penalty for terminating my contract early with you?
Yes. Cancelations prior to 12 months will equal to a financial penalty of €181.50.
